Returns Policy
You may return new tagged unused items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, 30 days for exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (wrong item & size). Please ensure to message us of our error for a return label.
We would like everyone to be happy with their purchase however if purchase was at the customer's error, then our refund to you would be less our shipping cost, less a 5.95 restocking fee and the customer must return the item(s) at their expense, providing a tracking # in a message to us and still must adhere to the 15-day refund and 30-day exchange return policy as stated above.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (2 to 7 business days). Return Policy for Designer Labels :
Online orders for designer apparel are in high demand and therefore require a quicker return for all refunds. If you need to return a designer item your request must be submitted by four (4) days of receipt. All requests for refund beyond this time frame will not be approved.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually to any address in the United States.
When you place an order, your shipping charges will be added in your cart unless you meet the threshold purchase amount than shipping will be free. Shipping time will vary from 4 to 7 days from time of shipment and will depend upon destination shipping zones.
If you need express shipping, please call 402-298-0733 so that we may quote you a price for that, which can then be executed upon checkout.
Please also note that the shipping calculations for many items we sell are weight-based and will calculate as items are added to your cart, unless you meet the amount threshold for free shipping. Threshold will be noted on top of your cart page and will calculate how much more you will need to order to qualify for free shipping.
